Department of Engineering Education Research (DEER)
Post / Job Title: Consultants (Age: 35-60 Years)
Masters/PhD in Engineering or Engineering Education.
BE/BSc Engineering with experience in EER.
MS/BSc in Education Psychology preferably.
05-07 years teaching experience at University level preferably.
02*03 years research in Engineering/Engineering Education
The candidate must possess:-
Intuitive knowledge about fundamental scientific and mathematical concepts.
Expertise in developing assessment methods, techniques and solutions of student misconceptions.
Highly innovative and creative with ability to develop culturally relevant out of the box solutions for engineering students and teaching faculty.
Ability to develop concept inventories for engineering disciplines.
Has the expertise to conduct pilot projects to validate new techniques/concepts.
Adequate maturity level to synthesize inter-disciplinary knowledge.
Ability to develop Pakistan specific curriculum for post graduate level EER programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication and inter personnel skills.
