Regional General Managers

This position reports directly to Group Head Retail/Branch Banking and requires that the candidate should have the ability to:

•    Strengthen deposit base (specifically Current Accounts and Savings Accounts) through effective promotion of Bank’s liability products

•    Evaluate market trends, gather competitive information and identify trends that effect current & future growth of the Region

•    Achieve business targets and develop a versatile customer base

•    Continuously improve and benchmark service quality standards to provide a competitive edge

•    Manage performance of staff inclusive of coaching, training, mentoring and career development

Qualification: MBA or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution. Experience:

•    Minimum 15 years of diversified Banking Experience including but not limited to Branch Banking

•    Incumbents may have worked as Regional Head or an equivalent position having handled a network of minimum 50 Branches and above

Age: Preferably between 40 to 45 years.

Management Trainee Officers

This is an entry level position requiring fresh graduates with a background of management sciences.The selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training program in core business as well as soft skills. After successful completion of training, they will be absorbed in regular officer’s cadre of the Bank and will be posted at branches/controlling offices across the country. Eligibility criteria will be based on but not limited to below-mentioned areas:

Qualification: Master Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from an HEC recognized institute with minimum of 3:00 CGPA out of 4:00 or minimum 70% marks.

Age: Not more than 26 years as on March 31,2012.
