IBA invites urgent applications from academically qualified and well-experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for its Projects Department:
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma of Associate Engineer (D.A.E.) in Civil Engineering. Candidates with B. Tech degree will be preferred.
At least 10 years experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor with reputed engineering consultants or contractors.
Must be proficient in preparing pre-qualification evaluation reports, BOQs, bid evaluation reports, bills verifications, preparation of Measurement Books and tender documents including Conditions of Contract. Must also have an ability to analyze engineering cost estimates.
Proficiency in using computer, especially MS Office and data processing.
