The Bank of Punjab

Bank is looking for talented, self motivated and enthusiastic human resource to
fill the following positions for our proposed Branches in Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi,
Islamabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Mandi Bahaudin, Narowal, Basirpur
(Okara), Hujra Shah Muqeem, Kot Radha Kishan, Peshawar, Attock, Mansehra,
Chakwal and Wah Cantt.:
1- Branch Manager (BM)
This position reports directly to Regional Chief and requires that
the candidate should have the ability to:
• Strengthen deposit base (specifically Current Accounts and
Savings Accounts) through effective promotion of Bank's liability products.
• Achieve business targets and develop a versatile customer base,
etc.
Qualification
Minimum Graduate from an HEC recognized University.
Experience
• Minimum 07 to 10 years of experience in Branch Banking.
• Incumbents having worked as Branch Manager will be given
preference.
Age:
Preferably less than 40 years.
2- Branch Operations Manager (BOM)
This position reports directly to Branch Manager and requires that
the candidate should have the ability to:
• Manage Branch Operations effectively and efficiently.
• Provide quality services to internal & external customers,
etc.
Qualification:
Minimum Graduate from an HEC recognized University. Experience
• Minimum 05 to 07 years of experience in Branch Banking.
• Incumbents having worked as Branch Operations Manager will be
given preference.
Age:
Preferably less than 40 years.
3- Branch Banking Officers:
This position reporting directly to BOM / BM. The applicants
having banking experience in a branch will be given preference:
Qualification:
Minimum Graduate
from an HEC recognized University.
Age:
Not more than 30 years as on March 31,2012.
4- Cash Officers / Tellers
The applicants having 02 years of banking experience will be given
preference:
Qualification
Minimum Graduate from an HEC recognized
University.
Age:
Not more than 30 years as on March 31,2012.
