Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for filling in the following vacancies available at Head Office & Zonal Office at Hub. The prescribed qualification / experience required with BPS are mentioned against each :-

1. Name of Post with Grade 

Deputy Director (Admn/OtherAVelfare/Edu:) (B-18) Zonal Office Hub

Prescribed Qualification:

2nd Class Master’s Degree or Law Graduate 

Experience:

5 years experience in the relevant field in a responsible position under Govt: or in an Organization or a firm of repute in Public or Private sector. 

2. Name of Post with Grade 

Deputy Director (Admn/OtherAVelfare/Edu:) (B-18) Zonal Office Hub

Prescribed Qualification:

2nd Class Bachelor Degree or Graduate SAS Accountant of PAD. 

Experience:

5 years experience in a Financial Management or Administration in Govt: or in an Organization or a firm of repute in public or private sector. Experience relaxable by 3 years in case of Master’s Degree. (No experience for SAS Accountant).

3. Name of Post with Grade

Personal Assistant (Secretary) (B-15) Head Office

Prescribed Qualification:

Graduation

Experience:

5 years experience in the relevant field with computer knowledge, Shorthand speed 100 WPM & Typing speed 50 WPM.

4. Name of Post with Grade 

Junior Clerk (Education) (B-7) Head Office

Prescribed Qualification:

2nd Class Intermediate.

Experience:

i) Typing Speed 20 WPM.

ii) Computer skill with 2 years experience will be preferred.

Terms & Conditions: -

1. Copies of relevant documents, duly attested must be attached with the application, otherwise no application will be accepted/received. 

2. Only the Local/Domicile of Balochistan will be eligible to submit application. 

3. Applications received after the prescribed last date, will not be entertained. 

4. The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies. 

5. Candidate already in service submit their applications through the department/office. Application submitted directly will not be entertained. 

6. Candidate possessing 3rd Division should not bother to apply. 

7. The applicant must quote their contact number in the application. 

8. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview or joining the duty on 1st posting.

9. The upper age limit can be relaxed as per Government Policy/Rules. NOTE: 

Note:

The last date for submission of application has been fixed as 26.4.2012 after which no application will be received in any case. Applications can be submitted in the office of the undersigned situated in Labour Hall, Satellite Town, Quetta.

The written test of candidates will be conducted on 07.5.2012 at 10.00 A.M. in the Labour Hall, Satellite Town, Quetta and the oral test (interviews) will be conducted on 14.5.2012 at 11 AM. The original document must be produced at the time of interview.
