Professor (BPS-21) 

• Finance & Accounting . HRM

Ph.D in relevant field from an HEC recognized University/ Institution in the relevant field
15-year teaching/research experience in a recognized institution/university OR
15-year professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization out of which 5-year must be teaching experience.
15 research publications (with at least five publications in the last 5 years) in HEC recognized Journals.

Associate Professor (BPS-20) 

• Finance & Accounting
• HRM
• Mathematics
• Marketing
• Economics
Ph.D. in relevant field from an HEC recognized University/ Institution in the relevant field.
10 years teaching/research experience in a recognized Institution/University OR
10 years professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization out of which 2 years must be teaching experience.
10 research publications (with at least four publications in the last five years) in HEC recognized Journals.

Professor (BPS-21)

• Electrical Eng./Telecom Engg/ Electronics Engg/ Computer Systems Engg
• Computer Science
Ph.D in relevant field from an HEC recognized University/ Institution in the relevant field
12 years teaching/research experience in a recognized institution/university OR
12 years professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization out of which 5-year must be teaching experience.
15 research publications (with at least five publications in the last 5 years) in HEC/PEC recognized Journals.

Associate Professor (BPS 20) 

• Electrical Engineering/ Telecom Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Computer Systems Eng.  Computer Science
Ph.D. in relevant field from an HEC recognized University/ Institution in the relevant field.
7 years teaching/research experience in a recognized Institution/University OR
7 years professional experience in the relevant field in a national or international organization out of which 2-year must be teaching experience.
10 research publications (with at leas four publications in the last 5 years) in HEC/PEC recognized Journals.

Assistant Professor (BPS-19)

• Economics
• Mathematics
• Finance and Accounting
• HRM and Marketing
• Electrical Eng./Telecom Engineering
• Computer Science
Master's degree (18 years of education) in relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution OR PhD in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/ Institution.
4-years teaching/research experience in a recognized Institution/university.
OR
No experience required for PhD degree holders.

Lecturer (BPS-18]• Economics
• Mathematics
• Electrical Eng./Telecom Engineering
• Computer Science/ Software Engineering
1“ class Master's degree/B.E in relevant field from HEC/PEC recognized University/ Institution
No experience required
