GIZ implements for the German Ministry of Development Cooperation (BMZ) up to 2015 the TVET Reform Support Programme. The GIZ is seeking a monitoring & evaluation officerfor implementation of TVET Reform Support Programme in Islamabad.

Qualifications and Experienc

1. Post-graduate degree in statistics, social science, education economics or other relevant field. 

2. Profound experience with monitoring & evaluation;

3. Excellent English communication and v/riting skills, proven report-writing competence and experience 

Job Description

1. Assist NAVTTC in the establishment and implementation of a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) System for the TVET sector in Pakistan

2. Assist the TVET Reform Support Programme in building capacities in NAVTTC and relevant stakeholders at the provincial/regional levels in implementing the M&E

3. Support the development and implementation of a quality management system in the TVET sector in strong coordination with the provincial and regional stakeholders
